Location:  Coldwater - Mercer County, Ohio

Responsibilities may include

• Work in Adobe Illustrator to modify and create custom artwork for our customers
• Work in our Salesforce CRM to process customer orders and help them through the ordering process
• Communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing
• Utilize Photoshop to resize and edit images
• Communicate appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
• Work with Adobe Illustrator to setup artwork and logos
• Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design

Schedule (Day Shift Only):

• Monday-Friday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST

Experience/Certification Required:

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in graphic design, digital design, etc.
• Ability to interpret artwork instructions
• Willingness to collaborate with others and work as a team
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
• Demonstrate good attendance and arrive on time to work

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the overall functionality and safety of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify and address maintenance issues
• Perform maintenance tasks such as repairing or replacing defective equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units
• Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance requests
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
• Ensure the proper functioning of all machinery and equipment
• Conduct preventive maintenance on a regular basis
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols
• Experience working on Low Voltage DC circuits and other electrical up to 120V AC
• Experience with pneumatic systems under 160 psi
• Capable of using a multi meter and similar testing devices to isolate and determine machine failures
• Light machining history - part fabrication, drilling, tapping, threading
• Previous Preventative Maintenance experience with oiling, greasing, bearing replacement
• Familiar with LOTO programs and usage

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday 7:00A-4:00P
• Friday 7:00A-11:00A
• Occasional Overtime Monday-Friday 6:00A-4:00P (when necessary)
• Occasional Saturdays may be required a few times a year

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Associate or similar role
• Knowledge of basic repair and maintenance tasks
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
• Good physical condition and stamina
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
• Certification in maintenance or related field is a plus
• Light machining experience - part fabrication, drilling, tapping, threading
• Preventative Maintenance experience with oiling, greasing, bearing replacement
• Prolonged periods of sitting or standing
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs at times
• Manual dexterity as needed to operate and utilize a variety of equipment and tools
