Change Your Banner: How to change your replacement graphics

Information can change and your banner may someday need an update. That’s why we make it easy and economical to swap your banner for another using the same stand.   • Replacement banner
  • Scotch Tough Transparent Duct Tape
  • Flat head screwdriver
  • Provided locking pin

Remove the banner from the base:

(Note: The banner is attached by a “leader” or small, permanently attached strip on the base.)

  • Place the base of your banner on the floor or a large table.
  • Slowly pull the banner from the base, rolling it up as you go. Pull out the banner as far as possible while firmly holding down the base.
  • Insert the locking pin into the locking mechanism.
  • Remove the tape from the banner and the “leader.”

Remove the banner rail:

  • Remove each end cap.
  • Use a flat head screwdriver to pry open the banner rail at the top of the banner.
  • Slide the old banner out and replace it with the new one.
  • Press to close the banner rail.
  • Replace the end caps.

Attach the bottom of the banner to the leader:

  • Align the new banner to the leader.
  • Use duct tape to secure the banner to the front and back.

Remove the locking pin and slowly guide the new banner back into the base.
